It was a good experience from their response to my email inquiry, all the way through the sale. They found the color I really wanted and traded with another dealer to get me my car.

Olathe Ford is the first dealership where I have actually enjoyed buying a car. The salespeople are a fun group. I even took them some cookies when I returned for my first (free) oil change.
