I would give this company zero stars if I could. They were an hour late delivering my cement, so I had to pay my pump truck an extra hour for standing around. My guess is that they were late because they sent the cement from the PAOLA plant. It was already on the truck an hour before they even pulled into my yard. The cement was so thick it could not be pumped. In their infinite wisdom, they added more than 15 gallons of water to the load and poured it around my pool! Guess what folks?! This is called a hot load and it all has to be tore out and replaced! I sued them over their incompetence, but they have a big city law firm and I don't have enough money to fight them. I also don't have the money to fix my pool. The only thing I can do now is to WARN others - DO NOT USE KINCAID!
