Chisholm Trail Junior High School serves more than 800 students in grades seven through nine. Located in Olathe, Kan., the school s academic curriculum includes language arts, social studies, mathematics, science, physical education and English. It also offers classes in art, band, choral music, industrial technology, orchestra, and family and consumer science. The school has various clubs and organizes activities and competitions to enhance student s capabilities. It has pep, drama, art, computer, French and Spanish clubs. The school provides membership for several organizations, such as the Science Olympiad, student council, Battle of the Books and library activity council. It additionally provides various programs, including school site council, seniors serving schools, parent volunteers and active parenting classes. The school is a part of Olathe School District Unified School District 233.
