Ive stopped at this China Inn Express in Olathe before and I thought it was good and quick. Today. It wasnt as good and NOT AT ALL quick. First of all, the first thing I saw when I walked in the door was an employee sitting at a front both leaning over on the seat with both feet crossed on top of the table. I proceeded to the register and ordered crispy wings. The lady took my order I went and sat down. The lady was sat down too. I could see a guy in the back by the cooking area so assumed he was the cook. After about 5 minutes he came out to the drink dispenser and got himself a drink and went back, never saw him cook anything. The lady disappeared in the back for a minute. Then the guy out front got up and went behind the counter just in time to take a call in order. The lady came back and after he hung up she began cooking. I watched her cook and pack a complete order and then start a second one. Turns out the second order, now a full fifteen minutes later, was my wings.

very good for quick Chinese - relatevely inexpensive too.
