My 10 year old son had been going to Kastle of Love II for 3 weeks. I knew immediately that this place seemed unprofessional from the moment I entered the door. But, I had no other place to take my son last minute. After picking my son up the first day, I was told that he couldn't have his cell phone by Ms Linda (one of the helpers). When I spoke to my son, I told him he wasn't going back to that Daycare, but he pleaded with me to go back. He said he had fun and made friends. So, I ignored the warning signs and agree to allow him to stay. The staff does not look professional at ALL (besides the Director), the place had a teacher to student ratio of 1/19+, the neighborhood where the daycare is located is in a high crime area, the facility seemed dingy and unorganized. What made me say ENOUGH, was picking my son up and seeing he had a bruise under his left eye. The DIRECTORS SON had punched him in the EYE, & threw a basketball in his FACE. Their attitude was "Oh". STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
