Usually I have received fairly good service but for some reason this is the second time the packages were delivered by my garage door instead of the front door which is specified on the order form. The driver even stated that the packages were delivered to the front door. My garage is not even close to the front door and the boxes prevent me from getting my car out. The only reason I can ascertain is that the driver is extremely lazy and could back his vehicle into my driveway and off-load the boxes instead of using a hand truck and taking them to the front.

Unhappy, awaiting important check, got home after being out briefly and found large, heavy box, no check, box for condo AT other end of complex, I guess my pkg is some where in the complex, but unable to find. Place that sent item didn't share tracking number.

Terrible Service. Shipment was scheduled for 7-15. Shipment reached OKC 7-10. Nine days later still haven't received the shipment, can't get hold of customer service. How can it take 9 days plus to deliver a shipment?

Very poor service. Delivery date not met. Called UPS. Incorrect address reported. Verified address to be correct by shipper. Driver reported address as incorrect. Called center and verified address was correct. This is not the UPS I've grown to count on!

I can't get a hold of customer service. The phone rings and rings. No one ever picks up and no answering machine. I want to report a driver speeding through my street.
I'd have given no stars but I believe this is not a possibility. UPS service is worse than United State Postal Service. This is the third time I am sure that a delivery has been late. On the truck for delivery on Friday, Friday being the date it was paid to be delivered, but never delivered, including after calling the service and being assured it would arrive. Saturday the tracking was updated to still being in transit. Finally on Monday the second day scheduled to be delivered, called and coordinated with both Amazon and UPS to be told finally by a UPS supervisor that the office in Oklahoma city's personnel were late (all of them?) and therefore my package once again will not be delivered. Now am told it will be delivered on Tuesday. I have left instructions with Amazon to NEVER send another package to me, unless there is no other choice with UPS.
