Our experience includes inspecting residential and commercial properties for banks and lending institutes as well as vehicle and equipment inspections for leasing companies. We also specialize in trash-outs and complete property preservation. As a Nationally Certified Field Inspection Company, we have a solid understanding of the different report writing software programs required by various companies such as BIIG Inspections, Altisource, MCS360 etc. We are also familiar with Fannie Mae, Freddie Max, VA, FHA guidelines and standards and strictly adhere to them. We are very reliable and demonstrate analytical, mathematical, time management and problem solving skills. All of our agents and staff are proficient in all “MOS” Software.
