My niece lives there now. She has tried to contact them to fix water leaks on several occasions. The AFTER HOUR EMERGENCY number NEVER is answered. She turned in a note stateing that she was giving her notice to move on Feburary 1st. She will be out by the end of the month. They told her she will have to pay rent for March because she didn't give a 30 day notice! DUH.. Feburary doesn't have 30 days! She has one problem after another with the apartments above her due to poor draining / plumbing.ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! She WILL be out by the end of the month!

These apartments are old ,with roof and sewer problems, management Will not fix any thing they do not have to while you reside there! They are slum lords that evicted a 70 year old woman,on ss that has lived there for 18 years never late on rent. Because her grandchild was allegedly smoking in the laundry room and left spilled butts on the floor! Most of the washers and dryers do not work and are old and nasty!!! Cars driving thru all hours of the night playing loud music! Its not safe for your kids after dark!!!look some where that D.S property's don't. Manage!!
