- Dental ExaminationDuring a dental exam, the doctor will check your neck and oral tissues for lumps, red or white patches or recurring sore areas.

- Fluoride TreatmentDuring your cleaning, we will determine whether your teeth would benefit from a fluoride treatment. Professional fluoride treatment is a preventative treatment that helps naturally fight cavities and reduce tooth sensitivity.
- Dental SealantsIn addition to the meticulous cleaning, polishing, and examination of your teeth, we also take the time to help our patients develop proper oral hygiene habits at home. We will evaluate your hygiene techniques and make adjustments to your routine where needed. Our doctors and hygienists will also make suggestions for preventative measures such as dental sealants or night guards to protect against bruxism & TMJ.
- Fillings
- Resin CompositeThe bonding procedure is usually completed in one visit. The first step is to remove the decayed or unsightly portion of the tooth. The tooth is then etched with a liquid or gel and a bonding agent is then applied. This will allow the composite resin to be placed in the prepared tooth. The filling’s resin is then trimmed and polished, leaving you with a beautifully sculpted, natural-looking restoration.
- VeneersKCP is an innovative instrument that can be used as an alternative to the drill in many procedures. With ‘Air Abrasion’ or ‘drilless dentistry’ a microscopically fine powder is carried to the tooth by a stream of air, gently spraying away decay. In a simple sense, you could say it works like a precise miniature sandblaster. The KCP system greatly reduces heat and vibrations when compared to the traditional dental drill, and thus can be used with little or no tooth anesthesia. The KCP is also very useful in a variety of cosmetic procedures such as bonding, veneers, inlays and onlays.
- CrownsPermanent Crown/Bridge: When the final restoration is placed, your bite may feel a little different. This is just your mouth adjusting to the new addition. If it still feels off in a few days, please call the office for a slight adjustment.
- BridgesA bridge, by definition, is a link or connection between two permanent structures. A dental bridge is very similar in that it attaches the restorative teeth (bridge) to the natural teeth on either side of the gap. This bridge acts as your new teeth, closing the gap and restoring your smile. Bridges are often constructed of gold or metal foundations with porcelain fused to the foundation. This ensures that the bridge will support the normal functions of the mouth.
- Dental Bonding
- Restorative DentistryCrown Lengthening procedures are done for both restorative dentistry and/or to improve the esthetics of your gum line. General practitioners often refer for crown lengthening procedures prior to restoration of broken or severely decayed teeth. This procedure adjusts the gum and bone level to expose more of the tooth so it can be restored.
- Root Canal TreatmentAs we get a little older, our teeth begin to change and are prone to decay. There are many possible reasons for this change in your smile. These reasons can include bruxism (teeth grinding), general decay, cracked fillings, root canals, and many others. If your tooth is beyond repair with a filling material, we may recommend that the best viable option to save the tooth is a full crown. The reasons for this type of restoration in a badly damaged tooth are durability, cosmetic appearance, and overall support of the chewing function.
- Deep CleaningAfter your scaling or root planning, it is best to rinse your mouth 2-3 times per day with warm salt water. One teaspoon salt/8 oz. water. You should start home care immediately, although you should be extremely gentle with the treated areas.
- DenturesDentures are replacements for missing teeth that can be taken out and put back into your mouth. While dentures take some getting used to, and will never feel exactly the same as one’s natural teeth, today’s dentures are natural looking and more comfortable than ever.
- Dental ImplantsBecause of recent advances in dental implant technology, more and more people are implant candidates – although many people may be told they are not. The only way to know for certain is to be evaluated by a trained dentist. Typically, if a patient is healthy enough to undergo fixed bridgework procedures or routine extractions, he or she can also undergo dental implant procedures. Back to Top
- Oral Surgery
- Gum SurgeryWe have found, many times, surgery is not necessary following a conservative course of periodontal treatment. This type of care typically includes a series of non-surgical gum treatments. Even when surgery is required, it often is needed only in a few areas of the mouth and results can be greatly enhanced by non-surgical preparation. Back to Top
