Dr. Phillips has been in civilian dental practice since 1987. He graduated with honors from the OU College of Dentistry and is committed to quality service and gentel dental care for each patient. Excellent dental health is important to a person's overall medical health and Dr. Phillips offers services that can help achieve that goal. Patients have confidence in his professional skills and have established a mutual respect and trust throughout the years.
