BEWARE! When renting a musical instrument online, they take a HARD LOOK AT YOUR CREDIT! If you do it in person, they don't. Customer service rep just told me it is because they can't meet you in person. So they can tell by looking at you whether or not you will pay for the rental? There is a big difference between a hard look and a soft inquiry. WATCH OUT! Also,this particular location in Oklahoma City has horrible hours not conducive to a working parent trying to get supplies for the instrument they rented us, and don't bother going by on your lunch break because even though their posted hours say they are open, they won't be. Wasted an hour driving there and back for nothing.
