We have tried to eat at this restaurant three times recently. Each time they got our order wrong, and basically ruined our meal while they flubbed trying to fix it. They try to make it right, but last week we just gave up and told them to return our food to the kitchen (after they gave meat sauce to our vegetarian family member). The manager argued that they always put meat sauce on the vegetarian plate (which isn't true, thankfully). anyway, we like this chain, but will avoid this location from now on. It's not just the vegie that had trouble - the 'changas are cold when served, they get driink orders wrong, etc...
