For 35 years, Oklahoma Foundation for Medical Quality, an independent, not-for-profit organization, has played an integral role in improving health care and improving lives in Oklahoma. As the original Quality Improvement Organization (QIO ) in Oklahoma, contracted through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS ), we provide in-depth quality evaluation and improvement programs for Medicare. An expert consultant to the health community, we are working toward a health care system where every person receives the right care every time, and where providers have the tools and resources to deliver that care.
