Very poor food handling practices. The chicken has tremendous amounts of plastic in it. They clean the dirty floor in the same smocks and gloves they handle the food with. If they find foreign material in the food they do not dispose of it and wash down they dispose of the foreign material and keep on running. I wouldn't eat anything that comes out of this plant. The plant and management itself are a great company. They just need better practices. And to the think this place supplies our schools with meat.
