Fidelity Information Services provides banking, mortgage lending and servicing software, outsourcing and financial information technology solutions. Based in Jacksonville, Fla., it operates a Fidelity IFS Division headquarters in Maitland, Fla. The Fidelity IFS division is a provider of automation software solutions. Its flagship product, the HORIZON Banking System, is designed to help community banks manage online banking services, financial reporting and transaction processing. Its parent company, Fidelity National Information Services, has processing and technology relationships with numerous large global banks, including nine of the top 10. Nearly 50 percent of all residential mortgages in the United States are processed using FIS software.
