horrific ESTABLISHMENT! From the President, Carolyn, to her collection staff Jaime and Eric, this place of business is terrible. They are rude, belittling, and condescending to their customers. Just because a customer has had a past credit issue does not make them a bad person. Yet, the treat them as an immediate problem, and label them as poor white trash, or someone from the ghetto. I was nearly done doing business while making my last payment and heard a comment from a rep at the window comment, "oh my god, that crazy n%%#@r lady is coming about her payment." It upset me!! I'm a paying customer...I don't want to hear that !! Racism in a place of business. How nice. They label all of us. Then decide to repo a car that is 15 days late? WOW!!! I had enough. I took the car, and told em they can have it!! Wanted to tell them where to drive it! They need to be shut down! Stay away from this hell hole! They will rob you or drive you insane!!!! lots of negative reviews
