Energas Resources operates in the Arkoma Basin in Oklahoma, Powder River Basin in Wyoming and Appalachian Basin in eastern Kentucky. Energas Resources is engaged in the operation, production and acquisition of petroleum and natural gas properties in the United States through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, A.T. Gas Gathering Systems and TGC. In addition, the company owns and operates natural gas gathering systems in Oklahoma and Kentucky that serve wells operated by the company for delivery to a mainline transmission system.
