ElmTree was designed to enable an engineering materials testing laboratory to offer the best service to their clients at a competitive price. ElmTree has been continuously developed, based on our clients input, to meet both national and local laboratory needs. The ElmTree System was developed by engineers and developers of Standard Testing and Engineering Company, which has been in business over 65 years. The ElmTree standard reports have been reviewed and approved for compliance with appropriate standards through accreditation reviews by the AASHTO Accreditation Program (AAP), the International Accreditation Services (IAS) program, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers validation program.
