      Crisis counseling is not long term and is usually no more than 1 to 3 months. The focus is on single or recurrent problems that are overwhelming or traumatic. If a trauma or crisis is not resolved in a healthy manner, the experience can lead to more lasting psychological, social and medical problems. I daily post some thoughts on different aspects of the human psyche and I hope these are of some benefit. I have been a psychotherapist for 20 years and have successfully helped hundreds to achieve normalcy and balance in their lives. Famous or not it does not make a difference. My theories and practices have withstood the test of time and experience and I pride myself on my ability to heal and help. I work on a Confidentiality and Discretion basis. That simply means that the only people who know you are receiving treatment are you and me. No one else will ever know unless you tell them. I keep my client base small so I can offer the greatest amount of time and effort to each person who comes to me for help. I specialize in Crisis Management for everyone - not just celebrities - and I use a sliding scale so everyone can afford to receive the care they need to get their lives back on track.
