C.A.R.E. for Change, Inc., has been providing services to fight against substance abuse for over 15 years. It has intensive and extended recovery programs directed at children and adults including individuals participating in the Department of Human Service TANF Program. It focuses on problems and issues related to dependency on alcohol and drugs. C.A.R.E. strives to improve positive self-esteem and family relationships, and helps the individual to lead a substance-free life. All services are offered in an ethical, legal and non-discriminatory manner. The various programs include Adolescent Program, Drug Court Program, Probation and Parole Program, and Community Sentencing Program. Besides these, the Access to Recovery Program assists individuals affected by the criminal justice system for use of alcohol or drugs. The clinic is based at Oklahoma City, and caters to the Central Oklahoma City neighborhood.
