Memorial location. I've had mixed experiences with BodyWorks at this location. The last was for paintless dent repair. The work was very good, but completed more than a week longer than PROMISED (the tech assured me it would be ready for pickup on Friday, it wasn't ready causing a cascade of problems for me). Here's a tip guys: under-promise and over-deliver (like any good service provider in any industry would do).Here's another tip: fire the rude and abrasive girls working your customer service counter. Snarky comments, casual indifference to even the customer's mere presence, and sneering contemptuous glares from these ding-a-lings is no way to run a business. If it were one isolated incident, I could just dismiss it as that employee is having a bad day. Bewildering rudeness and a weird off-putting vibe is what you'll get. And, it wasn't just me. Two family memebers reported EXACTLY the same treatment. All I ask is just basic courtesy. I don't need coddling or insincere gushing from the staff. No, but I would think you could train these ditzes to at least greet the customer who has approached the counter. Teach them to simply say "I'll be right with you." I bet the customer will then patiently wait his turn. It took me three attempts to interrupt their intense discussion about burritos they were having for lunch before one finally looked up, obviously annoyed and in a venomous tone asked "what do you want?" Nice, huh. Many businesses hire cute girls for receptionists and customer service. Sadly, while most are nice to look at, the girls are not very smart and are just barely competent. BodyWorks is no different. Well, there IS one difference - these girls aren't even cute!Slow work and dismal service here. Take your business elsewhere.
