OUR FEE is NOT paid until the search assignment is complete for contingency searches. This performance based strategy allows US to earn the trust and confidence of NEW clients. Leading to long term relationships. CONTINGENCY-BASED searches are utilized for lower entry level to MID-LEVEL management positions. While retained searches are typically utilized for SR. Manager. Director. Vice president. SR. Vice president. And C level type POSTIONS (CEO. CIO. CFO. CTO. CMO. CAO. CSO) or for positions which are SO hard to fill that nobody else has been able to fill them. If it is the latter. We recommend a ONE hour session with ONE of OUR search consultants to examine the position requirements together with US to SEE if it is actually a position that should BE broken OUT into more than ONE JOB and to ensure that some of the requirements are NOT either unrealistic or ones that CAN BE trained for on the JOB. Contingency searches work well for accounting. Technical. And sales related positions because these resources are typically in fairly high supply unless the skill SET required is highly specialized or requires hard to find certifications.
