We have been very happy with A-Pro Services, we had them install a new liner a few years ago, and it still looks great. They open and close the pool every year, and this year we got a new Loop Lock Safety cover. They are always helpful, and we have learned a lot about how to take care of the pool. They have made it easy, and given us a lot of good, free advice. I would recommend them any time!

We used A-Pro last year and they had done such a good job we decided to use the again. Twice they have promised to call back to schedule to open and clean the pool but have failed to ever call back. This is the poorest excuse I have ever seen and the total opposite of good customer service. If you are just too busy or my pool is too dirtty you should just be honest and not make promises that you never keep.

We bought a house with an inground pool that was in just awful shape, and two companies said it either wasn't worth fixing, or couldn't be fixed. One company said they could probably fix it for around $12,000. A-Pro Services came out, bid the repairs at $4500. That sounded cheap, so I checked them out here and everywhere else on the web. Their reputation was stellar, so we hired them. We gave them half the money up front, then the weather got bad. As soon as the weather got warm enough, (a little over a month) they came out and fixed the pool, replaced part of the track, fixed the bottom really nice, and even pressure tested the plumbing, and put in the new liner. It is just BEAUTIFUL. Since the weather got bad, and it was going to delay finishing, we offered to pay more of the money in between, but they wouldn't let us. They finished the job, cleaned up all the mess around the pool, and charged us a total of $4,450. They were really great, and we recomend them very highly!

After our regular spa repairman failed to show up for several scheduled appointments, we decided to find someone new, so we went to the internet and chose a-Pro Services after reading their reviews. Their price was about the same to come out, but they had a truck full of parts, including the relay we needed, so he fixed it in one trip. Before, we were always paying for one trip to see what was wrong, and then paying again when they came back to fix it. I asked the guy from A-Pro what he would have done if he hadn't had the part. He said "Well, whatever seemed fair at the time. I can't keep everything on my truck, but if it was something common, I should have it with me, especially since you gave me a good description of what was wrong" I can appreciate that!

We bought a spa over the internet a while back, didn't know the brand, and when it needed repair, we couldn't find anyone, one company even told us to get it fixed over the internet. A-Pro Services came out and found that it was just a fuse in the control box had blown. He had one on his truck, fixed it and it has worked ever since. He was prompt, professional, and honest.
