- A Chance to Change Foundation (ACTC) was established in 1979 as the first adolescent drug and alcohol treatment center located in Oklahoma City. We have since grown into an agency that provides a continuum of care, which includes prevention, education, early intervention and outpatient treatment.

General Info
ACTC provides a continuum of care, which includes prevention, education, early intervention and outpatient treatment for mental health and addictions. ACTC is a non-profit agency whose staff includes experienced Licensed Professional Counselors, Case Managers and other professionals focused on providing the highest quality services for our clients. We are nationally accredited through CARF for Integrated Treatment Services, as well as, Prevention Services. For over 35 years, we have been providing recovery for individuals and families affected by the disease of addiction. ACTC has been a Central Oklahoma United Way partner since 2006. Other sources of funds are government contracts, private grants, fees for services, individual and corporate donations.
