When we first moved in, there was a huge hole in the wall in the living room and two smaller holes in the bathroom. We were told everything would fixed by the time we moved in. They slapped a bunch of putty on the holes and then stuck the smoke detector into the wet putty in the living room. When I pulled the detector off the wall to test it, it wasn't working. It was caked with putty. The bathroom looked disgusting as well. We asked that they come back to fix it, all they did was add more putty and spread it all over the walls. No sanding, no repainting and they never brought new smoke detectors. It's just snowballed from there. Most recently, our screen door broke over 6 months ago and we've been calling every few weeks to get it fixed and nothing happened. We finally submitted a written request to have it fixed. About 30 days they later, they came an set a new screen door in the hallway outside my apartment, that was two weeks ago. It's been sitting there for 2 weeks and no one has come to install it. I tried putting it in myself, but I don't have the right tools. The maintenance here sucks. The dishwasher has never worked, took them almost 3 weeks to fix our broken oven. Virtually no water pressure. I can't wait to leave this place. Only one washer and dryer per building (12 units). Sorry, had to rant, I hate this place
