Located in Okeechobee, Fla., Osceola Middle School has an enrollment of more than 800 students. It offers classes in grades six through eight. The school is divided into several teams and offers curriculum in English, language arts, math, science and reading. It also offers vocational instruction in music, physical education, technology and agriculture. The school operates an honor society that organizes fundraisers for school projects. Additionally, the school organizes events, such as book fairs, literacy nights, memorial days, concerts, seminars and workshops. Osceola Middle School is a part of the Okeechobee County School District that educates more than 7,000 students in over 10 school buildings.
