The Pinegrove Township Volunteer Fire Department, also known as Pine Grove V.F.D., is an all-volunteer firefighting organization that offers fire prevention, suppression and protection services. It provides emergency medical response and rescue services. The Pinegrove Township Volunteer Fire Department s staff includes a fire chief, lieutenant and captains, as well as emergency medical technicians, firefighters, fire police inspectors and nonemergency medical experts. It maintains a variety of fire handling equipment, such as fire extinguishers, engines, pumpers, primary water supply support devices, traffic control items and self-contained breathing apparatus. The organization additionally conducts training classes, bingo games, auctions and fundraising activities.
