      I would like to thank Phil, who worked like a surgeon to remove the broken dipstick from my engine. It would have driven me nuts even to attempt this, but Phil kept his humour and managed to successfully remove what the oil change place couldn't. The real kicker is that it is only a dealer part and the store doesn't carry it, so in this case the store didn't even get business out of me. I don't know if this helpfulness is store policy or just Phil, but I know that they have earnt and will continue to get my business. Thanks Advance, William from Ottawa
