The program at WFC Academy is tailored to students on the lower end of the asperger's/ASD range. Be sure to fully assess the program before placing your child here. They are not equipped (in spite of WFC claims) to provide services for HF aspergers students. The therapeutic program is adequate but there are other programs in Utah that are much better. Not a well organized facility and there appears to be high turnover of support staff that service the students in the home setting. Communication with parents is minimal; we had many emails and phone calls to staff members, including the director of the program, that were never returned. Overall, I do believe their intent is good and they are very caring and loving to the students; however, much improvement is needed in their infrastructure, caliber/training of staff and overall communications. If I had to do it all over again I would not have placed my son here.
