I was on hold for 2 hours for the manager to find me an item and then the store closed and I got disconnected. The store manager never came back on the line so I assume he completely forgot about me. I tried calling on another line but nobody even answered the phone at all (and this was during store hours).TWO hours on hold?!?!?!

I was on hold for so long for customer service I drove to the store. While in the parking lot they picked up my call again to try to put me back on hold, but managed to tell her I had bought a necklace and I'm allergic to the metal/gold and asked if I could return it and asked what the policy was. I was told I could return it no problem; because I had the UPC code from the necklace and the two year warranty I purchased. So walked in from the parking lot stood in line at customer service(which I never did speak to on the phone) 35 minutes later after I get to the front of the line told I need to go to the jewelry counter To get help. The lady who there didn't say two words to me. Say "oh...you need to wait for customer service" my necklace is not returnable even for a gift card is what the guy from customer service tells me. So when I read the mission statement at customer service I just laugh you don't care if I'm satisfied at all. Ogden resident that will now shop elsewhere. Almost 80.00 for a special necklace I was awaiting the right to where it. Guess I waiting to long to find out I'm allergic. just over 30 days and you still sell that necklace.
