Worst apartments i have ever lived in. Staff is extremely unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. Maintenance requests take 3+ months to resolve, some still not resolved. your guests have to park on the street, which in my case was a quarter mile away, or they will get towed or booted. Garbage is everywhere on the grounds and stays there. There is paper thin walls and you hear every single footstep of your neighbors. The parents of children in the apartments are horrible and don't teach their kids any manners or how to live in an apartment. Apartments smell like sewage and the staff wont even fix it or discount rent. I cant even turn on my heater because it smells worse than the sewer. Some service calls were answered with "fix it yourself". I despise this place and prices are not as low as they should be. Any Pros? maybe that the first month was great, until you are blindsided and stuck in a contract for a year.
