Reviewing as a homeowner: Terrible!! Prime Property Management puts on a good presentation initially. Immediately after signing the contract, new fees and requirements came about. They are inattentive, condescending and argumentative in nearly every communication. They bend over backwards for the tenant, but treat the homeowner terribly. It is almost as if they forget that the homeowner, not the tenant, pays for their services. They say email/voicemail responses can take up to 5 business days. They stick to that, even so far as to respond to emails at 11:58 pm on the fifth day. Voicemails tend to go unanswered. I could go on and on. Avoid them!
