I was having a lot of problems with my IPad, and so I took it in to PC Laptops because that is where my children go for their repairs. They looked it over and couldn't figure out the problem, so the just replaced the whole screen. I had only had it a couple of days when it started acting up again, so I took it back. Alllie took one look at it and knew that the screen had come unglued. It only took them a could of hours and I had my IPad back. Allie was so friendly and helpful. I appreciate great customer service, and that is just what I got. Thanks PC Laptops!

Great service! I stopped in yesterday to have my laptop serviced/enhanced. Fox and Wes were very helpful. They answered my questions and helped me determine the best solution for my situation. The work was completed quickly and I was able to get my unit back within a few hours.

I got my laptop almost 2 years ago, and I have had zero problems. My laptop did take a fall, and the bottom plate needed to be replaced. I took it to them to fix and it was worse than they thought. They spent 8 hours of labor to get it fixed. The parts and labor were at no cost to me!! This shows how committed they are at what they say.
