General Info

Jason attended the Medical College of Georgia and graduated with an M.D. in 2003. After medical school, he was trained in Pediatrics at The Ohio State University and Columbus Childrenâ??s Hospital. Dr. Church is currently a Pediatrician at Ogden Clinic and has certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation.
