There is absolutely nothing bad to say about MP USA! I was introduced to MP by my girlfriend at the time, who took me to a demonstration which instantly inspired me to get involved in this awesome program. Within the first month of training, I had accumulated enough knowledge and confidence to believe that I could take on anyone and anything. In the self-defense aspect of MP alone, you will find that their extremely potent methods are insurmountable by those of any other organization. The power/energy building in class will give you the ability to perform astonishing breaking tasks that seemed like a mere facade before. At times it can be hard work, but that is how strength and character are built. The time, money, and effort you invest in MP will be rewarded with fruition that can't be obtained anywhere else. The instructors are also the kindest people you will ever have the pleasure of knowing. I do not want this kind of life-changing program to go unnoticed. Get involved!

I wanted well-rounded martial arts training for my kids. MP delivers! Excellent physical and technical training (powerful, practical, and almost dancingly graceful), with a focus on balance and speed as much as strength. But the best thing about this program is the focus on internal strength and balance as much as external. Each month they focus on a different character trait (integrity, self-discipline, etc.), and they don't just have it posted on a wall somewhere--they talk about it at a level the kids relate to. The instructors live what they teach and are extremely personable. At the end of every class, EVERY instructor (sometimes there are 5 instructors) personally talks with EVERY student, and they don't just say, "Good job." My kids leave the class beaming (and it's not just sweat!). They also come home and willingly do chores and help around the house (MP has an excellent motivation/rewards program as well). MP's comprehensive approach to martial arts and life can't be beat!

Before I started to going to MP USA I was depress alot of the time. Soon as I start MP I went off the medication and never had to get back on it. The Instructors so nice and so helpful. They help me over come alot stress and my depression. That I had for years and I don't sever from it anymore. They are the BEST OF THE BEST I whould tell everyone to good to them

From our first experience with contact with and registering with MP USA, they were very professional and adept in their process. They have a good grasp on their business and the population they are serving through their school for martial arts and health. It is a business that offers a diverse product and we had a smooth experience with lots of contact and assistance from the owner/operators.

How we are so lucky to have this school in Ogden, I do not know, but there are no coincidences. The only school of it's kind in North and South America, you will learn more about yourself and the world we live in from the first exercise you do. This is available to ANYONE who is willing to go beyond what you have experienced and think that you are capable of. Please do something awesome for yourself. This outclasses all my other training in martial arts and other disciplines (yoga and tai-chi). This is a unique school with fantastic people instructing and learning. Take the time to check them out, you will not be disappointed!

I was a bit skeptical about what MP USA had to offer, until I tried it. I have never had more confidence, energy, and just a better self-outlook. You will never come across instructors as kind and generous (not to mention extremely knowledgeable) just there helping and wanting you to reach and exceed the goals you set for yourself! Try it once, and you will be hooked for life!!

I have been a martial arts student on and off since I was a 9 year old kid. Anyone can teach you how to through a punch or a kick, but MP USA is far superior to anything I have studied (4 different styles). MP will work on you from the inside out vs. from the outside in. Your confidence will soar and you will see your environment in a different light. You can't find a better martial art to study and perfect than MP USA!

These guys have it all! After school and evening programs for kids. Senior and Adult fitness, as well as the most intensive athletics training program you can find in the states. They even have programs for the blind!!!! Never have I seen a school with such outreach and humanitarian spirit. You have to try this!!!!

Every second i spend there is filled with fun, exciting, challenges! The kids program was very beneficial and now moving up to the adult classes is the best thing that i could do for myself! Increases my self-esteem and self-discipline every minute I'm there. well worth the trip from bountiful.

Since training at MP-USA, I have not only increased my level of physical fitness and confidence in self-defense, but my mind has been opened to a new world where anything is possible. Shattering steel and iron with two fingers, "seeing" with your hands, and busting boundaries of all types -- this is what MP-USA is about. If you are serious about going to the next level in your life and are up for the challenge, this just might be your thing.
