I apologize that you had a bad experience, do allow me to explain. I am the director I have never said I was a Physician or a Dietician. EVERY patient that come hear will see the Physician or the Nurse Practitioner there are NO EXCEPTIONS. We offer a full thyroid panel test for $100 because we have found other clinics and Doctors wont pull these labs This Thyroid panel is a $600 test through your doctor. the $100 is our negotiated price with the hospital, its a great savings for our patients. It takes at least a week to get the labs back, Im sorry we have no control over the lab company. You were told your labs were very low because that was what the doctor wrote on the lab work, we can not expound past what the doctor states. We did in-fact try to get you to see the Physician so he could explain this to you, and you refused. As for the Labs we have signed a contract with the hospital to give the results to your Primary care Physician only. Because of our negotiations with the hospital we able to offer these labs a such a great saving, you did not have to paid the full price ($600) We have been able to help a lot of people get the type of labs they would not normally get through your Primary Care Physician. Again we apologize that you did not have a good experience, Our hope is to try harder Thank You

The director of this clinic is neither doctor nor dietician. They do have a retired heart surgeon associated in order to write prescriptions, but does not actually see patients. I saw their ad for the $100 full thyroid test and figured that it would be less expensive than going through my doctor and insurance for the blood work. However after waiting more than a week to hear back from the clinic, I was told that my "numbers were really bad". When I asked what the number were specifically, I was told "they are just really low". I was then told that for $205 every 3 months they would write me a prescription for meds. I then said I would come in to get a copy of the test results. At this, I was greeted with a hostile response that I had signed something that stating that I had given the rights to the test results to the clinic and I had no legal right to see the results or get a copy. I can see no reasonable or ethical reason for this clinic to withhold these test results from me.
