Poor Customer Service

credited my homeowners payment to auto, then wanted the lump sum for homeowners paid so that I didn't get cancelled....and I called in June to verify that payments were being credited correctly, was assured that they were...always get the answer that the "screen is trying to refresh--it will take 24-48 hours to know for sure" on almost any question I have

Linda was very personable, thorough and completely honest in her assessment of our insurance needs. She looked at our current situation with an open mind and educated us very simply and clearly the options that we never knew we had. I think Linda is the best agent we have ever had.

Linda and BriAnne have been so helpful with me during a hard time. When my mom passed away, I wasn't sure what was going on about her home owner's insurance.
