With 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry and 18 years total in real estate, Cathy Wegner is always ready to originate a new loan. Cathy started her career by working in title and escrow for 13 years when in 2014 decided she wanted to take on a new challenge. Now Cathy specializes in VA and first-time homebuyer loans, while also offering everything in between. Cathy knows how important obtaining homeownership can be for families and is always excited when she sees another one of her clients in their new home. Cathy loves meeting new clients and partners daily, so you can count on Cathy to become your lifelong loan officer and friend. In her spare time, you can find Cathy in the kitchen cooking and baking, catching up on her favorite TV shows, or spending time outdoors. Most of all, Cathy loves being with her family that consists of her husband of twenty-three years, her four beautiful daughters, and a son-in-law.
