Provided by DexKnowsI was in a hurry to purchase a dress for my daughters wedding. There had been a last minute glitch and I had no dress 2 days before the wedding. I was treated poorly, received very little help and was spoken to in a condescending tone especially after being asked if the wedding was in the temple and I replied "no"I found 2 dresses and purchased one put the other on hold to return in a few hours to purchase. When I returned I could hear the ladies in the back room speaking about me...not in a nice way.I purchased the dress and left. By the way I paid for 2 dresses with REAL money...you would think I could be treated with real customer service.2 years later I am looking to have one dress altered. I am wanting to pay for the changes. I am not expecting free anything. I call to make an appointment but cannot just make a simple appointment because they cannot find me in the computer system. Again I was spoken to in a rude and demeaning manner.I chose to not schedule there after all.I have never been treated so poorly by any business. I think they are set up to serve only their customer base who are long time No Ogden residents and who are being married in the Temple.Apparently my money is not good enough for them.

Provided by DexKnowsMy sister went to her appt and had called in advanced to give the lady her size and dress options. We get there and there are only four dresses for her to try on in her size 18. They didn't provide a slip or girdle so the dresses looked weird with her hot pink bra on. They lady should of told us to bring our own if they didn't have it in her size. My sister left in tears because they made it seemed like she was never going to find a dress. They wouldn't even let her take pictures with the dresses on. The ladies were rude and inpatient, very over priced dresses. I do not recommend this place.

Provided by DexKnowsI originally went to another store first to look at dresses and had an awful experience. It was a bunch of high school kids working part time. Then I went to Bridal Corner where me and my family were instantly treated like family. They showed me dresses that I had planned on trying on and made me feel at home right away. I tried on 4 dresses and found "the one" and we even found the bridesmaids dresses on the same day. The owners were amazing and the girl that helped me was fantastic! I felt beautiful and walked out of there with the biggest smile on my face. My mom was happy and the maid of honor said it was the best experience she has had and is from Chicago and has been to a variety of stores out there as well. This is definitely THE place to shop for your dress. I am so happy I cannot wait until my dress comes in!

Provided by DexKnowsMy cousin went to Bridal Corner and found a wedding dress that she liked so she paid a down payment of half the cost of the dress to reserve it (which is ridiculous, most stores only make you put down 10 or 15%) and they made her sign a contract at that point. As brides do, she changed her mind and found her perfect dress somewhere else. She went to the store and they gave her two options: pay the rest of the money for the dress and take home a dress she didn't need or let them keep the dress and the down payment and send her home without anything. They were unwilling to give her a refund or any store credit. If they had, they would have been able to keep the dress and money but also make one of their customers happy, but of course customer satisfaction isnât what this store is about, it is all about profit and making the next sale. The employees at the store were unprofessional as well. The saleswomen were rude and pushy, making the brideâs experience (which is supposed to be one of the happiest days of their life) a miserable and depressing one. The owners were worse, when she tried talking with them about her situation, they refused to apologize for the bad experience or offer any options. They were rude and didnât really care, they had their sale and they were done with her.I should have specifically told my cousin to steer away from this store before she started looking, because as it turns out, Bridal Corner ended up doing something similar to me a few years ago when I was a bride and had an equally terrible experience. This store doesnât even deserve one star, but the page made me put at least one on the review. I don't recommend this store to anyone and I will personally give a bad referral to any family member, friend or neighbor that is planning on getting married about every aspect of this store.

Provided by DexKnowsOur terrible experience with Bridal Corner just got WORSE. Attempting to get the alterations nightmare over with, my daughter told the owners to leave the dress alone and we'd take it elsewhere to have them done properly. My husband and I picked up the dress (my daughter was at work and unable to come along) Two days later, we I took her dress to a very qualified seamstress. We then found that the hem was not done properly. The dress itself was the right length but the layer underneath was over an inch longer. The sides orignally were not pinned properly and the dress was way too small. (But of course Bridal Corner said that was our fault) The new seamstress is letting it out as much as she can. Unfortunately THEIR seamstress CUT way more off than she should have. And the last and final problem....The victorian neckline that was removed....their seamstress caught the sleeve in the neckline. An obvious mistake that should have been done right. UGH!!!

Provided by DexKnowsThis was the first place I went to, besides the bad reviews. I am the bride and they treated me and my family kindly. I didn't have a certain style picked out, so I tried on my different styles, and found the dress for my wedding. They fitted me then and their, and when i went back two weeks later they said I could have been bloated or gained weight also, but it still fit and it gave me plenty of time to get in shape. They even sewed on some beads from my moms wedding dress onto mine. It was a great suprise. I am even going their to get the tuxedo for my guy! I would recommend this place, because worse case cenerio for you super picky, think you're on tv, brides could go somewhere else!!

Provided by DexKnowsWhat should have been the most enjoyable shopping experience of my daughter's life, turned into a huge mess. We were treated so terrible. Rude, condescending, and very unprofessional. These two ladies, Carol and Jan, the owners, refused to stand behind alterations done by the seamstress THEY contract their work to. They messed up and we had to pay to have it fixed. My daughter was told she must have gained weight in one week. (how insane) Then they said she must be bloated. I said, "In the ribs, really???" They have the most ridiculous business hours and refuse to accommodate the customers schedule. After spending over $900 in their store, you'd think we'd be treated better. I will make sure I let everyone I know where NOT to shop. Hopefully I can help prevent someone else from being treated as poorly as we were.

Provided by DexKnowsI have been searching for a dress with all the details i love- beautiful beading, long train and tons of sparklys- i found my dream dress finally! Liz was so sweet and took the time to show me so many different styles that fit my descriptions. She helped me find the gown of my dreams and even ordered it with a longer train. I LOVE HER! Ive been to every other bridal shop in this state and found Bridal Corner to be the best. - (The other reviews are not at all what I found to be true as I searched for my dress at this store) I have heard so many nice things that I had to see what all the buzz was about! They are the BEST! Brianna

Provided by DexKnowsI had the BEST DAY yesterday when I found my bridal gown ! They had so many gowns ..I loved them all! I had the best service too! I have been shopping for the last week( and i have been to EVERY ONE) bridal before I visited Bridal Corner. I am from Salt Lake and it was soooo worth the trip to North Ogden. My consultant was so sweet and helped me find the perfect gown for my July wedding. They had so many styles that were differnet than what i was finding everywhere else. I am going to the Temple and I didnt want to look like every other bride. Shoes, veil and the perfect jewelry....it all matches so beautifuly. If your shopping for your dress- shop there first- save yourself the time and agony! Melania

Provided by DexKnowsThey do not deserve even the single star rating. Without getting into much details, I will outline why you they DO NOT DESERVE your business: - Incompetent sales, service, and management/owner stakeholder. - Incapable of fulfilling their business obligations and commitment to customers - Inability to resolve escalated matters with tact, reservation, and professional business conduct I’m not the bride, but was so disappointed in her experience with them that I felt compelled to warn others. In fact, I believe the greater Salt Lake bridal magazines should be made aware of this horrific experience. They should not be in business the way they operate. Don’t trust your important occasions to this “business”. Truly the worse service and order experience hands down. Run away, run very far away… even if the location is convenient, it’s not worth supporting this local vendor.
