We have bought 2 washer and dryer sets from them over the past 10 years and referred them to friends and family. They work great and he honors the warranty. They give free local curbside delivery and the warranty is for a whole year...if you bring it in. They are honest and friendly. They bend over backwards for loyal customers.

We bought a washer and dryer from this facility a couple months ago and they both broke within a week of each other! The dryer broke first, and when we took it in, he said it was "operator error" and charged us $20 to replace the belt. He tried saying that I "overload the dryer" which is a crock because I am very OCD about doing laundry and I NEVER overload my dryer! Unless you consider drying 5 shirts and 2 pairs of pants at a time overloading! Conveniently, as my boyfriend was leaving the store, he was getting off the phone with someone else trying to tell them that theirs broke because of operator error as well! When I called about the washer breaking, he said that we can bring it in to fix it or he charges $45 to come out to do it. This man is a crook! Find somewhere else to buy your appliance! You have been warned!!!

We purchased an old school basic maytag washing machine from here 10 years ago and it just died finally after heavy use and several moves. Wish we lived closer so we could get another from him. I hate how hard it is to just find a basic sturdy machine without all the bells and whistles!

Was hard to find the store ever open. when I finally got a hold of someone to see what was available the dryer(s) i was interested in one was off sight and the other too buried to get to. was told he would take pictures and text them to me so i could at least see them, nothing ever came, called the next day to see if he had had a chance to get those pictures and he said he had forgotten and would do it right then and again, six hours later nothing. Extremely poor customer service and and extreme lack of interest in selling his inventory. Possibly why his store is so crammed fulled. I'm glad it has been difficult for me to obtain information on his inventory as anything i purchase from him would be risky at best.
