I would like for UPS to ring the doorbell every time they deliver. Many late deliveries go unnoticed because the bell is not rang. It is almost as if the driver is embarrassed to ring it. When asked about it I have been told "We always ring". We do not.
Our UPS guy Josh has got to be the worst UPS guy ya'll can possibly hire!!! I've never had so many issues with such a lazy rude person before. Every aspen dental that we have, we have never had such horrible customer service before. That kid has attitude if we ask him to wait a few seconds just to print out a label, every where we own buisness at, the ups guy always comes once a day. Sometimes he comes in sometimes he decides not to come in. Doesn't even take the packages and complains about coming in here. We literally have to go drop of the ups shipments that we have because your UPS guy cannot do his job. When we call hire up to complain, yall also have attitude? Excuse the hell out of me, but the odessa service you have is the worst can't get yas attitude or service under control. Very disappointed.

Worse delivery service ever. Customer service is non existant. All they can tell you is your package is somewhete and have no clue where. Doesn't even rate a 1 star!!!!!!!

UPS said they delivered my package to my door at 4:00 today, but I was home waiting and they didn't deliver it. How can I prove they didn't deliver it when the status was updated to delivered?

I too have had problems with local UPS as recently as this week similar to the ones listed in the other reviews. I e-mailed a complaint to the main UPS website and believe it or not they got back to me the same day. They apologized profusely and said they would investigate the situation here with the delivery problems and poor customer service at the customer service. Maybe if more people would complain in the same way something might be done about it.

The delivery drivers have a bad habit of making no attempt to deliver a parcel to your front door. On 25 November 2013 I was expecting a parcel I knew was to be delivered that day due to tracking it on the UPS website and was home all day waiting for it. Not only did the driver not attempt to deliver it to my address he took all parcels that were addressed to our apt complex at 1465 JBS Parkway and left them at the office on Oakwood four blocks away making no attempt to deliver them to peoples door. Contacting the local supervisors at the customer center, IF you can contact them gets nothing but excuses. This has been a ongoing problem for years and until people start complaining to UPS corporate offices and writing to the local newspaper about it nothing will be done about it. This is very poor customer service and until the situation improves try and ship by other carriers if possible and let the people you are ordering from know why.

Did not deliver my package on estimated delivery time. I needed my package on that day to leave the country the following day. Could not get a hold of anyone at the facility and despite numerous attempts, a call back was not received. Put me in a terrible bind!!

The drivers do not take care of your packages. They throw them around, toss them on your porch, drop them on the porch even if it is marked fragile it is dropped, bent and crushed and the supervisors or managers will not get back with you about a claim until you have attempted to resolve at least three or more times.

They just drop your package off and don't knock or ring the bell...if its an important package wait outside for them to show up!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would
