If employees hate their jobs here...well, after listening to the general manager (N) of the store unleash a tirade of insults and obscenities, it's easy to see why. I have been in the store repeatedly and generally have had good service but when this man is there...forget it! I won't be going back if I can help it!

Odessa Lowe's employees apparently hate their jobs and their lives... all very rude and unprofessional. the store manager is nearly IMPOSSIBLE, nay IS IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with... even when in the store no one knew who or where anyone was. I run a retail center and I couldn't keep my doors open if we behaved that way... I've done business with other Lowe's locations and they are 100 times better than the one in Odessa, TX

Would give less than one star if possible. Very little help available and the employees they do have are extremely rude. Frequently advertise that they have items in stock when in fact they do not. Poorest customer service that I have ever experienced. Will be shopping at home depot from this point forward. Not sure if it will be an improvement or not.
