They got my order wrong customer service is really bad specialy the management i asked for delivery and by the time i got my pizza it was kinda cold! won't ever go back to this place again it was a wiste of money it tasted really bad.

This is the second time within the last 2 months that I have ordered pizza from this location and I must say I will never order from them again. My last disappointment: Ordered pizza online, pizza received 25 minutes late, completely wrong, called back, spoke to manger, had to repeat the order received multiple times as well as the order placed just to have the manger tell me what my order was, again had to tell him that the order placed was not what was received, an hour later still no pizza, called back was told that even though they made a mistake my order was put at the bottom of the que and that they do not put a rush on mistakes that they make. Two and half hours after the order was placed, I still do not have my order. Unbelievable. How do they stay in business??? I know - people have come to accept bad service. I go the extra mile with all my clients. I know my work does not compare to a pizza chain but their poor service is unacceptable. I will never order from them again!

I am very impressed with how much this Pizza Hut has improved. I am a regular customer and I have quit visiting simply because of how rude and unprofessional the employees are. I decided to order on Sunday the 16th of Jan. 2011, and the service I received blew my mind. Everyone there were smiling, and welcomed me. I have not received this kind of hospitality in a long time from any Pizza Huts. I am pleased to be a returning customer to this location because I live near by and now I know what kind of service is being given. Thank you very much Pizza Hut crew for making me feel special on my visit. I will recommend this to all of my family and friends and of course will order again in the near future. A huge pat on the back for their team members and their management team.
