Pizza arrived 1 hour 45 minutes after we ordered AND it wasn't what we ordered. Last time I order Pizza Hut.

I just called and received excellent service and its the lunch rush :)

These people don't know what their talking about, food is excellent and they do NOT make too much money if anything they aren't paid near enough.

Never answer the phone they make way too much money and when I drove there too much playing around

Horrible service. I called in for a personal pan told me ready in @ 20 min. I show up and the girl that waited on me said she was sorry but did not have personal pan pizza they were out. Another incident about a call in I was on hold fit a long time I hung up and recalled asked for manager was not in but regionsl manager would be in about an hour SMS a felt later. I call back xbd a performing the phone tells me the manager had just left and the regional was not there and was not coming in and that the manager knew it. A bunch of liars and stupid people work there

Worst service ever,

On December 4, 2011, we placed an order at around 6:30 pm for deliver, pizza hut employee told us it would be about 45 mins. We called back to check on our order because it had been over an hour after asking employee how much longer it would be he told us "we would be lucky if we got it under 2 hrs". We asked to speak to a manger after waiting on the line for 15 mins., employee hung up on me. I attempted to call back several times and they kept on hanging up. After about an hour and a half the delivery driver showed up, we handed her a check she said they no longer accept that form of payment. We told her we have paid with a check before she said she was sorry she was not able to take the check and walked off! She didn't give us a chance to call the location back to offer a different form of payment when we tried to call once again to the location they wouldn't answer still! This is not the first time we have had problems with customer service and getting to speak with management.

Have to have a 432 area code to order here? Wat? Lol

Terrible Service !!! They say that they except coupons one week and then a week later they change there minds!! Very Rude and would not even discuss - False advertising on ECISD Fund Raiser cards!!!
