  Dr. Libson performed his residency from 1985-1989 at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. During those years, Parkland was one of the top two busiest OB/GYN departments in the nation delivering over 15,000 babies per year. The Parkland Hospital faculty has written the Williams Obstetrics textbook (in its 25 edition as of 2021) since 1930. Parkland Hospital provided Dr. Libson with some of the best available training and experience available in the field of OB/GYN. While there, Dr. Libson received the Program Director's Award based on his test score for the national OB/GYN resident exam (CREOG) for being in the top 2% of the nation.
