Horrible claims service. I was in a wreck that was not at all my fault and my car was totaled. They ended up paying for it but took a long time and a lot of harassing, and then they raised my policy $60 a month

Bad insurance company! They try to get the cheap way out. My daughters car was stolen in July and then recovered 3 weeks later without keys. They do not want to reimburse for rental car or pay for any damages. Basically they would like for us to pay to have it re-keyed and all body work.
