so unprofessional a 2 year old could have better business relations .

this is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. these people will not call you, when you call them they are really vague at best with estimates, never told me how much anything was going to be. three weeks later, said TV was ready for pick up, good to go. get there TV's completely shot, display and backlight is shot, can't be fixed. no change in the condition that they took in. for two days they said it was working fine then completely shot?I think they tried to get a donation to sell for profit. if you go to this shop, you would think you're getting your lawnmower repaired. they didn't charge anything for parts or labor, but then again nothing was fixed. did notice, boards that were supposed to have been replaced had been soldered on with parts that didn't match. I do have enough sense to look into what they supposedly fixed but I don't see it. if I fix this myself and can show that they tried to scam, guess what? we going to court.

The mccrory s are outstanding guys.that go the extra mile to keep there customers happy. Been knowing them for along time now and would not call anybody else. If they can't fix it, it can't be fixed.

They have been to my house once for a repair and I have been to their shop once for a replacement bulb for my 61" RCA HD DPL. Friendly down to earth people that I would recommend to anyone. GW. Trussville, AL

I do not know who the person that left the negative review dealt with. For I have been doing business with The McCrory's for years with no complaints.

This is an unlicensed, illegal business with unprofessional workers that do not know what they are doing, very rude people with no manners. After over charging me, they messed up my Samsung 55" TV more than it was and now is non fixable. I am taking them to court. Do not put any electronic equipment on their hands or it will be the end of it. Don't know how they stay in business, very dishonest people. Anyone can advertise on the Internet and call themselves professionals. When you are dealing with people in the Internet, you don't know who you are dealing with. Well!, I am letting you know what this people are and you should stay away from them, maybe I can try and close them down when I get through with them in court.
