I came to the Bank of Glen Burnie just for bank statements and a small withdrawel. I gave the teller my drivers license because I do not know the account number. I do that for a reason I do not want to remember it because I am trying to save money. The teller in return state that she was not sure if she could do it from the window. Fine. The teller ask a young man in the office and he comes to the window and ask for my account number. I told the young man that I did not have the acct.number thats why I gave the teller my drivers license. He in return told me in a very smart and intimidating and rude manner that if I do not give him my SS# I can forget about gettin 60 days of statement. I have been banking with this bank for many years and I do not appreciate that young man(manager I assume ) he was not professional at all. I told the teller that he spoke to me as if I was a bandit.
