YES WE KNOW! We were told to change our name because we might offend one demographic or another. We decided NOT to because it's much more than just a name. It's about empowerment and inspiration. Our name is about, all of you military spouses and parents raising children by themselves. It's about all the military babies who have never met their parents in person because they're serving our country. Let's not forget the single moms and dads holding it all together and/or going to night school after work to education themselves. Our name is about all the grandmas, grandpas, nanas, papas, mamas, aunts, and uncles who work two jobs and one on the weekend so that a child would get a better education than they ever had. Our name is about you, me, and any other person who had accomplished a damn near unbelievable feat, with the naysayers constantly biting at your heels. It's about the anonymous pay it forward people, who never received the recognition they are due! Our name is about paying tribute to every last one of you that's "LIGHTING YOUR OWN DAMN FIRE" every day! Without a second thought. Our company name is for you!
