Just had a large deck (52 x 14 plus 4 stairs and some carpenter bee destroyed railings) redone after years of periodic board replacements and re-painting; the Company rep, Nolan, measured the job and then patiently went home and stayed low-key while we decided which of many options as to materials and colors we would choose; once chosen, a schedule was set and the right crew was provided; Nolan satisfied our desire not to have a commercial 40 cubic yard 3rd party dumpster tear up our lawn or driveway by hauling out smaller loads with their equipment. We had some adjacent construction modifications to an existing hot tub and there were no conflicts or finger pointing. Nolan even suggested a completely different color for the railings and posts that the painter suggested; we went with Nolan and it looks great with the new decking; At the end of every work day, the crew executed a diligent clean-up. When it comes time for a new roof, this company will be back!

Highly recommend this company. We had an issue with our roof - the vent needed to be replaced. They came out, provided free cost estimate. I then scheduled appointment for repairs. Staff and workers very friendly and professional. Reported on schedule and on time. Cleaned up after work and took debris away. The quality of the work was fantastic. I would recommend to family, friends, and neighbors. Overall experience was outstanding!

Fichtner Services did a complete tear off, replaced any bad plywood and reshingled roof. They were reasonable, here when they said they'd be, and work completed when they said it would be. Very nice workmanship and a detailed clean up when done. Would highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of working with them when a tree fell on my mom's house a few years ago. They worked within the insurance budget and did an outstanding job. In fact, recently we had a home inspector review the home and he commented on the craftsmanship of the roof how well it looked. We recently had a damaged overhang and gutter in the front of a rental home. They were competitively priced, completed the project quickly and did a very professional job. Last, Tom Fichtner also gives back to the community. A few years ago, he donated both time and materials to install a roof and siding for a new 1,700 sq ft non-profit building the girl scout troop built. His donation was instrumental in completing this huge project.

We had roof damage after Hurricane Irene. I was amazed at how quickly someone came out and gave us an estimate. Your services are exceptional and the workmanship was outstanding. The crew was very professional and clean. Megan was awesome, she was on top of everything. We had a few extra days of delay due to all the rain but as soon as the weather broke, the crew was out the following day. I couldn't have asked for more. I will definitely use Fichtner Services in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone! This is the only company I have ever worked with that gave me a follow-up call to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction before mailing my bill.

My roof started to leak, in about a 6 foot square area - called Fictner - a gentleman was there within a couple of days. Saw that some shingles were off, I told the gentleman the roof was 25 years old, I know I need a new roof.....but as so many others I lost my job, the business was sold to a family - I just didn't have the funds to replace the roof.......he said this will hold it for a while. So many others would have said "you need a new roof now". ............Fichtner did not, I was grateful. When I have to replace the roof, I will call Fichtner, they have my trust. They didn't try to scare me and say " Lady , you need to replace your roof now.

A service representative made two trips and a number of hours trying to locate a small leak in my roof. He was professional, patient, and thorough. The workers arrived on time, completed the job, and left the area neat and clean. A throw-back to the days when companies were professional, friendly, and did a good job at a fair price. Excellent company to deal with. Contacted 5 separate companies for bids and Fichtner came in 35% lower then next lowest bid. All materials used were of high quality. Two separate roofs, new gutters with leaf guards and fascia boards all quickly and professionally installed. I highly recommend Fichtner Services if you want a high quality roof that will last a lifetime.
